DBT


DBT helps you become more aware of their coping patterns and daily habits. It also teaches you core skills to come back to when you’re struggling. I’ll help guide you through ways to improve mindfulness, let go of judgment, develop distress tolerance, learn about emotions, and better communicate your feelings and needs.

EMDR


EMDR helps you process and heal from traumatic or difficult experiences. Based on the idea that trauma can get stuck when left unprocessed, an EMDR session guides you through imagery, body scans, and directed eye movements that help you safely process old wounds.
